Head Maintenance Technician-Mid-Rise Elevator Apartment Community

Head Maintenance Technician to join our management staff. Must be proficient in all aspects of apartment make readies, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Must have valid drivers license, dependable transportation and all tools necessary to perform the job description. Minimum of three years experience as a head maintenance technician with current references regarding apartment maintenance employment. Must be organized and self motivated. Great opportunity for a motivated individual. Drug testing and criminal background check a requirement.
