Required Qualifications:
- Experience in REO transactions
- Have at least completed 50 BPOs or appraisals to date
- Familiarity with and the ability to cover all areas of San Diego County
- A valid California Real Estate license
- Be able to meet strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real estate appraisals
