ASSISTANT MANAGER:
This is a full time position with benefits. Experienced preferred. Strong organization and time management. Assist the Manager in keeping abreast of property conditions and make suggestions and initiate action to make needed improvements. Duties include (but are not limited to): Assisting with leasing apartments, collecting rent, other office/clerical duties. This position can prepare the right employee for future advancement and responsibility. Work with Property Manager as a team to provide the best customer service and assist with all clerical and client correspondence; assist coordination for maintenance/vendor work on property as needed. LEASING AGENT:
This is a full time position with benefits. Previous experience is preferred but not required however, sales experience is a must. Greet all prospects/residents with professional courtesy and a smile. Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing resident/landlord relations. All telephone and physical traffic is to be monitored for marketing success and the utilization of guest cards. Responsible for follow up on all guest cards. The Leasing Agent will perform all employment and credit checks and review all rental applications prior to submitting them to the manager for approval. Follow up on calls to potential residents. Inspect all apartments that are to be shown to determine it the apartment is acceptable. Familiarize yourself with bookkeeping functions in order to assist when needed. Perform periodic appearance inspections of the leasing office, common areas, laundry facilities, models and grounds. MAINTENANCE TECH:
This is a full time position with benefits. Experience maintenance tech needed. We are looking for a strong individual who possesses the following qualifications. Prior Multi-Family experience, multi-tasker, motivated team player, customer service oriented, attention to detail, strong organizational skills. With skills in painting, plumbing, apartment turnover, apartment work orders, pool maintenance/monitoring, and surrounding area maintenance.
