We are looking for someone with great customer service skills, friendly smile and AMSI experience.
We are a well established company seeking a dynamic, professional and outgoing individual to fulfill all Assistant Manager responsibilities at one of our New Premier Communities. If you are outgoing, have a positive "can do" attitude, have excellent customer service & resident retention skills, are energetic, give a great 1st impression, and have a great phone presence, we are looking for you! AMSI experience is required!
***Must have experience in the multifamily industry. Those without experience need not apply.***
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management.
- Strong leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage detailed reports with a detailed mindset.
- AMSI Experience.
- Marketing skills/experience.
- Income collection skills/experience.
