Candidates should possess a proven track record for success with a minimum of two years experience dedicated to serving multifamily communities. Positive references are required. Administrative staff candidates with OneSite experience are preferred. Lead Maintenance must be EPA Certified with experience supervising a field team, performing all repairs and make ready units in-house.
