BH Management Services is now hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Sycamore Tree Apartments in Dallas.
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is a vital part of the community. The purpose of the Maintenance Technician Supervisor is to oversee and manage the maintenance department and take a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Maintenance Technician Supervisor will educate and train to meet the company’s established standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals.
Qualified candidates will have previous maintenance experience in the multifamily industry. HVAC is required. Attention to detail is a must. Should also be able to cooperate with the Property Manager, while developing a consistent flow of communication between the maintenance and office staff.
