Growing company seeking immediate full-time Field Inspector to report on the condition of properties located in Texas. Field Inspectors work within their chosen counties of coverage gathering basic information on the condition of the property, and providing photos to support your report.
Types of Inspections: Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, mortgager interviews, etc
Field Inspectors will be required to accurately and completely submit reports and digital photos on assigned properties within established deadline. Reports and photos must be submitted via computer and fax.
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, internet access, e-mail account, PDF reader software, and digital camera. A GPS and Microsoft Streets and Trips is highly recommended. It is essential that you are adept at accurately labeling and uploading and e-mail digital photos. Valid driver license, auto insurance and background check will be verified prior to job offer.
Qualified candidate will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive for long periods.
