Real Estate Weekend Assistant

National real estate sales and marketing firm, seeks professional on-site, part- time weekend Administrative Assistant for a premiere multi-family development in Dallas, Texas.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
Greeting and registering all customers, and introducing to the sales staff for presentation
Answering telephones and taking messages as necessary
Inputting all customer information into reporting systems
Ensuring that the sales office is tidy and that there are adequate amounts of office supplies and marketing materials available at all times
Assisting sales staff with preparing and sending all required correspondence

Requirements
Eligible candidates will have the following qualifications:
Texas real estate license a plus
Excellent customer service skills and a professional style
Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Word, Excel and Internet
Stable work history
Self motivated and extremely organized, consistently setting and achieving goals
A positive outlook and a can-do attitude!

Weekends are required. Excellent compensation and bonuses
