Pacific West Management is a regional multifamily property management company and needs a seasoned district manager (5+ years) to oversee a varied portfolio of properties throughout the greater Houston area. Position reports to the Regional Manager. Responsibilities include oversight of all operational and financial aspects of assigned portfolio (review of financials, recommendations on P&L performance, expense control, revenue growth, staffing and training, contracts, multiple owner reporting, capital improvements and budgeting).
