Small but Growing Mortgage and Real Estate office is looking for someone with expierence processing mortgage loans, include government. Initially, this job will entail processing 4-10 loans a month as well as many other responsiblities, including:
1) Typing up Real Estate contracts for Realtors
2) Following up with clients on both the Real Estate and Mortgage side of the business.
3) Helping with Marketing efforts (knowledge of word and PowerPoint helpful but not necessary)
4) Helping to ensure all aspects of the business are flowing at optimal levels.
If you have processed loans in the past but are looking to have a more varied day, this is the oppurtunity for you!

Location: LBJ & Josey
Compensation: Salary + Health + Bonus based upon files closed in office (starting salary in low-mid 20s) bonus could reach $1000 a month or more
