Basic computer skills are needed and must be proficient with the internet. Real Estate license not necessary to get started.
Responsibilities:
Selling and closing homes
Handling customer concerns and ensuring customer saztisfaction throughout the home buying process.
Cultivate traffic and follow up on all leads.
Work on-site at designated community.
Manage community.
Requirements:
Must have good customer service skills
Experience in commissioned sales a plus.
The ability to engage, educate, guide and influence others.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
Must be organized.
Must have a solid work ethic.
Required to work weekends
