Property Management Company is seeking an administrative assistant for our Houston Regional Area Supervisor. We manage several apartment communities in the Houston metro area. Candidates absolutely MUST be PROFICIENT in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Onesite property management software is needed as well. Strong written, verbal, computer and communication skills are required. Works closely with and reports directly to the Houston area regional supervisor. Duties will include but are not limited to preparing reports, financials, marketing, work closely with vendors and running errands. We will be growing substantially over the next several months and need someone who can hit the ground running. Only candidates with experience in these areas will be considered.
