Assistant to a Top Producer

Full Time Assistant to a Top Producing Agent. Specializing in luxury properties. Assistant must be a licensed Real Estate Agent. Great people skills, with multi tasking abilities and a very positive demeanor. Must have extensive computer skills to include Microsoft Work, Publisher, Outlook, Top Producer, Zip Forms Online, HAR/MLS, Adobe Photoshop (or similar program), Centralized Showing Service. Just a few duties would include preparing CMAs, detailing properties, completing all contracts along with mandatory forms, communicating with customers, scheduling or accompanying showings and inspections, This position is 90% in office administrating and preparing paperwork.
