Im an LMT seeking someone to share my BEAUTIFUL space~ Its a nice cozy office tucked inside one of the amazing, historic mansions on East Ave. Seeking another LMT or Energy worker and the like who will be able to make use of this room a few days per week.
The room is available:
Tues/Thurs all day and evening
One saturday per month (or you may choose every Sat after 4pm)
Every Sunday (day and evening)
and possibly Monday evenings

You are free to use most of the equipment in the room (including table, cd player, hydrocollator, hot stone kit, etc.) but, must provide your own linens and oils/creams and clean up the room after each use.

Rent is ONLY $200 per MONTH and includes all utilities. Serious way to get ahead here! Low overhead and a beautiful, secure building. Off street parking for clients, well lit parking lot, secure entrance, great atmosphere.

If you are an LMT you MUST be licensed in order to share this space and will need to hang a copy of your license and NYS registration in the office.

Office share available starting January 1st~ 9 month lease

NO SECURITY DEPOSIT! Must be able to pay rent on time in full each month (rent is due the last day of each month for the following month).
