Industrial Storage/Workshop Space for Caretaker

We are looking for a Part-Time Caretaker/Maintenance Person for an industrial buidling in Frewsburg, NY. We will provide free rent of 2,000 sq ft of Industrial Warehouse/Workshop space for your efforts. Additonal space is available for additional work or for a very reasonable rent.

The proper person for this job will have tools, knowledge of building maintenance and some spare time. We are open to people having full time jobs elsewhere and doing this on the side. We would like to find someone who can check in on the building 2-3 times a week or more. This will keep their eye on the building for security reasons. This person will be available to clear snow in the winter, and cut grass in the summer. This person will also show prospective building tenants around the property and handle other miscellaneous matters.
