Refi, No cost or Make 2 to 3K

This money would not be added to your loan, but would be paid to you by me, the loan agent. Should you think rates might go down, you can refinance now for no cost or at a slightly higher rate (higher than what is offered paying costs, which is 4.75%) and receive part of the money I would get as the loan agent. The no cost on Friday was 5.00% for loans above $300,000, with a 720 FICO. Should you want to take a rate of 5.25% you could make $2,500 and have all of the costs paid. If rates were to go down you could refinance immediately and you would be costing yourself nothing, and will have profited the $2,500.
