My situation is too simple to be really raked over the coals by some high yield outfit trying to compensate for their lending crisis. I simply would like to borrow roughly 5,000. dollars to purchase equipment for a studio. Portraiture to be exact. I have a situation that is truly unique. Out of respect for family I however am able to tap into my assets. I would be happy to explain. I promise a nice return. I own two homes, unfortunately again with my personal lender , I am unable to tap in to my equity. I would entertain a line of credit agains our homes as long as it is understood. The current lender holds first lien position on both. They will not be in second, nor subordinate.
