We are a local virtual company. We save you money by getting you set up virtually, but because we are local we can still get to your office for office support or just office time. We work as your back office and you don’t have to spend the money to make office space!
We will set up your books and take care of the details so that you spend less on year end accounting. Let us do your books for less and work as the liaison between your CPA and you. We will take care of the details so you can take care of the business.
Experience:
Owner has accounting degree and 20 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. We are all QuickBooks Certified and proficient in Microsoft products.
Our Services Include:
Write up services (after the fact reconciliation of receipts, payables, receivables and payroll)
Accounts Receivable let us do your invoicing for you. We will also make aging calls and try to collect.
Accounts Payable we will pay your bills for you. Give us that shoe box of receipts and payables. We will put them in order and get you on schedule for payments. We will take care of the bill paying!
Payroll- We are able to take Washington State payroll up to 25 employees. If this doesn’t work we are happy to work with your payroll solution.
Financial Statements We can provide you with internal financial statements and be proactive in reporting and planning.
Business Taxes State and City: Sales and Business & Occupation tax Returns
QuickBooks Training- We love to help people understand their books. We want to partner with you.
