Poly began her career in 2004, walking in 54 runway shows during her first year in the business, including shows for Alberta Ferretti, Baby Phat, Calvin Klein, Fendi, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Vera Wang and Oscar de la Renta. The following year she worked with in many haute couture shows for Chanel, Givenchy, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Valentino, as well as joining the Victoria's Secret show. Poly made her second appearance as a Victoria's Secret Angel in 2006, while continuing to work with top fashion designers including Zac Posen, Christian Dior, Donna Karan, La Perla and Karl Lagerfeld.
