Career
Oliveira's professional modeling career started when she won the prestigious Elite Model Look contest in Brazil. She has since appeared in high profile ad campaigns for companies such as Christian Dior, Lancome and Victoria's Secret. Her magazine appearances include Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Vanity Fair. In 2007, she was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Raica Olivera was born in Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on January 22, 1984. She was at one time romantically linked to soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. Oliveira speaks several languages including: Italian, Spanish,English,French, and Portuguese. She is a supporter of the Brazilian charity the Arte Solidaria foundation. She is also good friends with fellow Brazilian model Adriana Lima.
