We have storage buildings ranging in size from 8x12 to 12x36 with payments as low as $69.45 per month. No Credit Check is required and there is no pre-payment penalty. We offer free delivery when you Purchase or Rent-To-Own in most areas of Georgia and Florida. We offer low prices, top quality and a great warranty with our buildings.

When ordering a building using our rent-to-own program, the amount that you pay up front is one month’s payment plus local sales tax and a small deposit. The deposit is applied to your last monthly payment and ranges between $100.00 and $200.00 depending on the building size. Payments are based on 36 months. Short-term rental is also available.
If you would like to purchase a building instead of using our rent-to-own option, a minimum of 20% of the order is paid up front and the remainder is due when your building is delivered.
After viewing our website just let us know the building you want delivered and we will send you the needed forms for your approval. Then just pay the initial amount with a debit/credit card, or PayPal, and your order is processed! Allow one to three weeks from the order date for delivery. One of our experienced drivers will call you to schedule delivery.
We also now offer wood play-sets with a 90 day same as cash or a one year rent to own plan.
