I have a yard space available that you could park 3 trucks or trailers and also have 2 clean dry storage containers for storage of tools or building materials. Plus a small outdoor(see 3nd pic) that has a locking gate and has barb wire fence that has awesome plate racking that is 18 long by 4 wide and it 65" tall and has 4 shelves. One of the containes is 20 deep and 8 tall by 8 wide with double locking doors and in the back there is a deck that is about 5 tall that is 8 deep and 8 wide which is great for the lighter smaller stuff that would normally cluter up your floor space (see 2rd picture). The green container is a ready cool container that is insulated and has power that was used by the military at the shipping yards for undercover photo lab purposes its outside dimensions are 119" deep by 711" wide and 8 tall. This green container has an inside small room with a door very cool and unique(4th pic shows the inside of this green container and the 1st pic shows the outside of this container). The last container is on top of the first container that I listed and it is a 8 cube which you would access by laddar. I am renting this entire deal 2 parking space 3 containers, and the small plate racking area all for $550 per month with a one year lease with a $550 security deposit. I dont want to brake this up for I use the space currently for my moving and hauling business. I dont want to give up part of it all or nothing- so please call only if you are interested in the whole deal. This has 24 hour access. If you have a construction business this would be perfect for you. The outdoor space with plate racking could store all of your building materials and the containers could hold all of your tools and supplies and the two parking space could be for your trucks or trailers.
I have a one of my employees that lives right next to this container in a RV that he owns, so there is someone around and he has a dog that barks whenever anyone comes near these container. THe dog stays inside the RV when he goes to work. Another great thing about this space is that it is on a Cul a sac in an industrial zoned ground surrouned by other yard spaces. There is only one way it and one way out. I will prorate for the remaining days left in the month if you end up moving in other than the 1st of the month.
