I currently have 1 monthly parking space available 24hrs a day for $75 a month and several spaces for evening and weekend parking customers. The rate is $60 per month and the space would be yours M-F 5pm through 7:30 am and then you can park 24 hours a day on Saturdays, Sundays as well as all major holidays.
It is gated on 3 sides
Video cameras that are monitored and recorded
No daily parking so you always know who parks around you.
Month to month lease so you are not obligated to any long term commitment
