Car Park Lot for Rent

I am moving into a new Apartment in town, but I do not drive. Happy to rent out my parking lot to anyone who is working around Newton, Orchard or Somerset area at a reasonable price (wef 1st July 2009). As this is spare changes for me, I am looking at $150 (neg) or the highest offer. Term is flexible as well.

My place is located just outside the ERP gantry, so you will save on ERP as well as the parking fees. The place is called Cairnhill Heights and you can view it here:

If you work in Newton, you can take the stairs down via Cairnhill Art Center and cut through towards Newton. If you work in Orchard/Somerset, you can walk down the main slope, to whatever your office is. To give you an idea, Emerard Hills is 15mins walk (of course, depends how fast/slow you walk) and Paragon/Newton MRT is about 10 mins walk.

Please drive to the actual place to take a look and decide if you are comfortable walking to your office from the apartment. However, if you need more instructions on how to walk to your office, do email me.
