We are seeking interns for our offices in Austin and in West Palm Beach.
Streamline Publishing, Inc. is a publishing company with three print publications (two B2B and one CONSUMER NEWSTAND Publication in the radio broadcasting industry, fine art industry, and artists industry), Several conferences, many websites, blogs, etc.
We are seeking a marketing intern to work directly with the CEO of the company in the West Austin (Bee Caves area) location. In our company the CEO is also the CMO. Youll shadow the CEO, work on all forms of marketing projecrts, which include Social Networking, Writing, Copywriting, Strategy, Subscription Promotion, Sales Promotion, Brand reinforcement, website strategy, data management, newsstand relationship management, email marketing, ad concepts, video marketing. Were seeking someone interested in the CONVERGENCE of media, who wants to learn all the aspects of marketing for the publishing world. The bonus is that by working in conjunction with the CEO, if youre planning to become a start or own your own business this is an excellent way to learn some of those skills as well.
You must be self disciplined (to show up), self motivated, creative, have a strong interest in writing and a desire to focus on marketing, and be generally upbeat, a good communicator, and make a good on phone presence for business related matters. If youre into art or radio/internet radio than youll be working with people who are able to impact trends and industry professionals. College students with major in business or marketing preferred.
