Q1 productions is expanding its Chicago operation and is looking for a Conference producer to join our ever expanding team.
Our business intelligence platforms (conferences, in house training classes, custom seminars, workshops and exhibitions) attract decision makers and key executives across the Health care, Medical device, Diagnostic, Biologic and Pharmaceutical markets.
All candidates must possess excellent communication and journalistic skills,a fantastic work ethic; possess great research skills and above all the desire to create a career with a dynamic company that is encountering a steep growth curve.
As a Producer you will be responsible for developing conferences and workshops as well as building brand identity and forging relationships within the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing business to business meetings, this role includes end to end research and development, competitive intelligence, speaker invitations and confirmations, while maintaining a high quality product with exceptional market positioning
To maintain quality delivery of the conference product
Maintaining the event website with speakers, media and sponsorship information ensuring that overall content is rich, timely and accurate
Creating and delivering comprehensive sales briefs that will minimize the time to launch a sales campaign
To be monitoring the sales campaign and offering insight and encouragement where necessary
To produce events that will attract sponsorship and to generate a list of appropriate candidates for each sales campaign
