Sales & Marketing guru wanted!
I NEED YOU!
This is NOT your average sales or marketing position. I need a go getter, someone that thinks outside the box and can come up with innovative strategies to take the company to the next level and make my company a name brand!
Forget the telemarketing campaigns and cheesy promotional items. I need someone who can take a cold call and make it into a friendship; I do not want a used car salesman or a fast talker. I really need outgoing and friendly person, a person that is able to walk up to a total stranger on the street and make them their best friend!
But wait, cold calling is only a portion of the job, I need someone that can come in and evaluate the current (small and inadequate) sales and marketing program. Look at what we do here, get a feel for the people we deal with and make recommendations.
“What am I selling and who am I selling toYou may ask. Well, in short you are selling businesses on the idea to use my company if they need it. I need someone to do a lot of market research as part of this gig. We need to know our customers so we know how to better accommodate them and to make them remember us.
The Nitty gritty:
Hours available: Part time OR Temporary work. I cannot hire anyone full time. HOWEVER: I am guessing if you are reading this, you might be out of work and a “temporaryjob might be just what some of you need to get you by till you find a full time regular job. We can make this job work around your situation, be it part time or temporary.
Hours: very flexible. I would prefer someone that can flex their schedule as well to put in different hours every so often.
Who I want:
- You must be able to read, write and speak PERFECT English!
- Proficient in ACT!
- Able to use Word and Excel
- Someone who lives nearby.
- I do NOT want an agency or other company.
The hiring process:
1) The e-mail from you: I am going to get a LOT of replies, so make yourself stand out and tell me about yourself and why I should hire you. Include a resume. If you do not have a resume, please e-mail me your qualifications.
2) The Reply: If you make the cut, instead of a long application, I am going to give you a short test. You will have 3 questions to answer.
3) A Phone interview: you are going to be talking to people on the phone; I need to make sure you can deal with that.
4) You’re hired!
I need someone IMMEDIATELY! I am prepared to hire someone today, (if we get through the whole possess) I’m just waiting for the right person.
