Job Summary
This person will work on a wide variety of projects in a fun, very fast paced environment. Candidate must have a high level of energy and professionalism, be quick on their feet, feel confident and comfortable in multi tasking, and not afraid to ask questions. This person must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written/verbal English skills, be extremely detailed oriented, and have a “can doattitude. We are looking for a person who is interested in building a future with a great company that is stable and reputable.
Duties:
Works closely with the Account Manager to ensure tasks are completed as per client request
Works with various departments to ensure projects are meeting client satisfaction and adhering to timelines
Provides effective and timely communications to agency staff, clients, and outside suppliers through contact reports, etc.
Provides creative ideas to clients on any projects Account Manager(s) may need help with
Executes all projects with a strong attention to detail and quality
Maintains artwork database
Maintains Product Packaging requirements
Oversees Marketing samples to be shipped out to clients and outside suppliers
Assists in client requests
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
6 - 12 months full-time office experience, internship or other relevant experience
A “go-getterwith a positive attitude
Detail-oriented, highly organized and quality driven
Knows how to multi-task under tight deadlines and how to decipher priorities
Excellent oral and written communications skills; exhibit basic client management techniques
Self-starter with a team player outlook
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
