As an Established IT Solutions provider, our company has been providing training to our clients and sharing knowledge with our employees and partners. Having had a successful training span, we made a decision to open an official training venue so that everyone who is looking for excellent hands on training in IT field (Software Quality Assurance and Development in .Net and Java) would be able to benefit from our established and successful training program and some of the best trainers in the industry.
We are looking for a person who is self driven, organized, firm and is capable of setting up and managing training school operations. This is a new venture and the candidate we are looking for should be able to wear more than one hat initially, have the attitude that everything is his/hers business and work along with the company founder to establish successful operations.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
Working with Work Development council to obtain proper permits, take advantage of available programs, etc.
Develop Training programs (we have the material and the talented trainers to help)
Direct advertising and marketing campaign of the school to ensure students inflow: participate in job fairs; advertise in newspapers, attending industry events, etc.
Take care of all required paperwork for the student to enter school
Ensure proper attendance, classes roll over, etc.
Working with students to establish career path, extra activities as needed, pairing with trainers for additional classes as needed, identifying job opportunities and any extra assistance, help as needed.
Schedule training sessions and school events.
Work with universities, Chicago Public Schools and other organizations to give back to community knowledge and experience, as well guidance in career.
Identify best talent at the training school - best trainees attending school can be hired by our Partner Company or offered projects with our Partner company clients

Compensation: Pay Structure: since it is a new venture there is a lot in store after the operations are set up. After the school and running it will be base + commission. Prior to that salary only.
