Marketing Assisatnt

Job Summary:

Royal Performance Group’s marketing department has an opening for a personable and professional Marketing Assistant with proven experience in the areas of administrative support and marketing. This person must be a team player, creative, self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects, is timely and proactive in meeting deadlines.

Job Functions:

Perform a full range of administrative duties, as well as collaborate, assist in creating and distribute monthly email blasts, and assist with website development. Brainstorm new marketing ideas and develop/implement Marketing plan. In addition, work with sales team in providing marketing support and maintenance to the lead database software ACT. The right person will also be responsible for maintaining/updating various reports.

Experience:

2 - 3 years experience of office/clerical experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Dreamweaver is a plus.
Proficient in ACT database software preferred but not required. HTML knowledge is a plus.
Good organization skills and attention to detail.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
