seeking a rockstar user experience (ux) specialist for a great integrated ad agency in Milwaukee (70 miles from Chicago).
the shop is one of 4 locations and has about 150 people.
this person would have a chance to work on a rotating assortment of assignments and clients, and will work alongside a few folks in Milwaukee as well as collaborate with people in the Chicago office on an as needed basis.
Following are the “must havesfor the ideal person:
* in-depth knowledge of MS Visio, Adobe Illustrator, or other visualization software;
* experience with Web 2.0 paradigms and methodology;
* demonstrated ability to integrate with a team based design process as well as lead IA/UI project selections;
* demonstrated ability to create presentation ready wire-frames, use cases and site architecture visualizations, with an ability to articulate the latest interactive models;
* and, must keep current on customer experience trends and best practices.
