We are seeking a Tour Manager for a tour of local high schools to promote a popular athletic brand focusing on basketball.

Dates: December 2nd, 2009 - February 27, 2010
Staff Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pre-production planning of the mobile experience
- On site set-up and tear down of the experience
- Tour routing and communication with site directors
- Communication at events with athletes and coaches
- Interaction with high school students, athletes, coaches and parents
- Supervision and training of event staff and local crew if necessary
Additional Requirements include:
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the game of basketball
- Knowledge of the Chicago market
- Flexible. Some weeks will have far less travel and fewer days.
- Able to handle light equipment set-up and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- No special drivers license is needed, but confidence driving a larger van or cube truck is required
Pay: Approximately $900/week
Location: Chicago
