POSITION SUMMARY:
In the position you will be working directly with a world renowned speaker and marketing consultant and with the President of the company, Roch Tranel. You will gain a tremendous amount of experience as you implement the company’s progressive and innovative marketing plan. This position is for someone with high energy and lots of passion. You will be implementing a marketing plan that will literally transform the financial service industry. Creative thinking and flexibility are keys to success in this position.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating and maintaining company website
Coordinating client and community events
Maintaining prospect database in CRM
Coordinating meetings with Executive Team and Sales Staff members
Making sure all marketing materials meet compliance requirement standards
Using Microsoft Office programs and Adobe InDesign on a daily basis, proficiency in these programs is required.
Support sales staff through:
o Effectively researching the financial planning industry
o Work with sales staff to create seminars
o Quantifiably measure marketing/sales progress
o Create a processes for contacting and qualifying leads
o Collect and maintain CRM database for leads and prospects
o Develop unique marketing materials that will effectively attract prospects while branding our organization
o Research advertising in effective media outlets
o Send correspondence to prospects and clients
o Exceptional communication skills and willingness to make calls to prospects and existing clients.
o Execution of printing and mailing marketing pieces
