Event Coordination Assistant to work on major media event. Will work under the direction of the Senior Publicist.
Duties as follows:
Assist the media relations team as necessary
Assist with press check-in process
Assist with coverage of on-site Media Room and handle working press requests/inquiries
Assist with production of the NAMIC Conference Blog by covering sessions/special events and compiling notes for primary blogger and/or filing first generation blog entries
Dates Needed:
October 25-28, 2009 (four days)
Requirements:
Must possess laptop (with wireless capability) and cell phone
Must be able to work independently, in fast-paced setting (multitask)
Must be mobile
Business attire required
