POSITION: Community Relations Coordinator

Boston’s is seeking an energetic self-motivated individual to join our team. The Community Relations Coordinator (CRC) will be responsible for building positive and ongoing relationships with community organizations as well as developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives on behalf of Boston’s Highlands Ranch.
The CRC position is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to develop the Boston’s brand in your community. This position has excellent growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the management team and corporate national field marketing manager to develop a strategic marketing plan for Boston’s
Identify and capitalize on key opportunities in the community, build positive on-going relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations and sports teams and leagues
Manage the execution of national and local store marketing initiatives.
Generate traffic during ‘non-peaktimes in order to maximize sales and profitability
Educate and inform the local community about the Boston’s brand and various programs
Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities in the community to raise the profile of the brand
Ideal Candidate
Seasoned marketing professional looking for employment consisting of approximately 30 hours a week
Minimum 5 years experience in a full service restaurant/bar environment
Minimum of 2 years field marketing experience
Solid knowledge of the Denver community and local contacts
A strategic thinker who will develop creative, new programs to drive traffic and capture first-time guests
Enjoys working independently
Strong organizational skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Event planning experience is a valuable asset
Must have own vehicle
An extrovert who enjoys communicating with people and excels at building relationships, making contacts and hosting groups
