I was just hired as the head of HR for a growing media agency in Manhattan and my boss has challenged me to come up with a list of the "top recruiters for the top ad agencies in Manhattan." He feels we are not in touch with recruiters who have the best roledexes...we are not getting good candidates. Hes willing to pay if I can verify that someone comes from a reputable recruiter whos got the best connections we are going to find. We are primarily looking for studio, IT, and digital positions.....not freelance, but career types that have helped build agencies. He gave me this list:
