The Staffing Authority, LLC (TSA) is the staffing division of AMP Agency, a marketing and experiential agency within the Alloy Media + Marketing family. TSA supports the field marketing and promotional programs of AMP Agency by staffing various opportunities ranging from single day, in-market sampling programs to national tours.

We are now accepting resumes for an experienced Tour Manager to represent a brand new computer game that turns your home into a virtual movie studio. The tour will travel across the eastern half of North America for (4) weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas to promote the game in an effort to gain holiday sales. You should expect to arrive for training in NJ on Monday, 11/23 and should assume a few extra days after the routing ends for tour wrap up. Our first event will be on Black Friday and the last event on 12/23.
The tour will make mid week stops at college campuses and host mall or retail events on the weekends. This is an extension of a tour that is currently wrapping up.
Core Manager Responsibilities:
Educate consumers on how to use the software
Drive consumers to the website
Generate excitement and awareness for the brand
Point of contact for venues
o Schedule venue walk-thrus
Facilitate video submission uploads
Act as the “directorof the event and oversee entire event setup
Troubleshoot any logistical or technical problems
On-site sponsor contact
Ensure that we adhere to the routing schedule
Help Load in/out
Know how to work all equipment
Travel with the team and drive an SUV or 24’ft truck
Oversee staff
Responsible for maintaining hotel budget
Qualifications:
Extensive promotional and tour experience required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with consumers
Energetic and excitement
Professional image, VERY IMPORTANT
Must be at least 18 years or older and legal to work in the United States
Responsible, Reliable & Flexible
Valid DOT and passport
Familiarity with film or interest in movies is a plus, but not required
Duration: 5.5 weeks
