This high profile promotable position at a major entertainment firm will involve you with entertainment projects, sponsorships and major brands.
Assist entertainment marketing executives with all administrative needs, scheduling, email and phones. Projects include: writing, research, creating marketing plans, client liaison and event coordination.
Must have four year college degree in marketing or related with knowledge of what goes into a marketing plan or strategy and a minimum of one year as an administrative assistant in a busy marketing, PR, advertising, entertainment or new business environment, great Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets and strong PowerPoint. Also required: excellent writing, research and presentation skills
