Looking for an optimistic, bright, team-player to assist with marketing and promotion for a trendy print shop and artist. Experience in Graphic Design, Marketing, PR, Communications, Art or related field. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be tech savvy.
Responsibilities
Must be:
- Mac proficient in Adobe Suite: PhotoShop & Dreamweaver (CS2 & CS3),
- Highly organized - able to compile numerous lists and keep them up to date,
- Have excellent writing skills for press releases and descriptions,
- Be a self-starter and up on all the trendy blogs,
- Capable of web research,
- Efficient in imbedding images in e-mails and sending out large e-mail lists,
- Able to develop social media strategy and implement strategic marketing plans,
- Able to post-on and maintain social sites, blogs, and websites.
This involves mostly internet e-mailing and research + website maintenance
also phone follow up + some mailings + possible misc. help organizing the studio
Great for multitaskers and go-getters. Your own laptop is a plus.
Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail & be available & punctual.
One day a week or 2 half days. Hours flexible.
