A fast growing engineering staffing company is seeking an accomplished Sales and Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in business development, excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to market the company’s services to new and existing clients with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the existing client base by securing new clients utilizing innovative sales and marketing strategies geared towards the staffing industry.
- Strengthen the existing client base by expanding upon the current contracts and increase revenue.
- Self-motivated to work independently.
- Develop sales plans custom tailored to specific clients.
- To meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Assist in basic office administrative tasks including payroll reporting, timesheets, maintaining and updating the company’s database, filing records, etc and general office management.
- Recruit and interview suitable candidates to match client’s job requirements.
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experience in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the staffing industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is essential.
- Own a car and be able to travel to meet clients (mileage compensated).
- Computer savvy, including the use of spreadsheets, word, internet, etc.
- Bachelor degree is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent references from past employment.
- Ability to show past achievement track record for having successfully met or exceeded sales quota targets.
- Able to focus on the tasks at hand and do multi-tasking.
- Pay special attention to details.
