FILTER has a 5-month contract opportunity in Redmond for a Senior Program Manager with experience in the healthcare industry or policy related roles. This position is with an incubation group where you’ll have a chance to develop and execute a strategy, marketing and communications plan and a partner strategy.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently work in cross-departmental teams, drawing upon their experience leading a diverse group. Prior experience in marketing, product management or operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, an ability to collaborate and a keen eye for details are all a must-have.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Build and maintain an overall program plan for the team’s work
Articulate team goals and identify work streams to meet those goals
Delegate tasks and establish milestones
Communicate efficiently, take and distribute notes from meetings, and maintain SharePoint site
Organize and facilitate work stream and weekly team meetings
Work closely with marketing to develop and publish communications related to the program
Work closely with the work stream leads to organize task execution
Provide consultation and support
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
Prior experiences in working cross-organizationally in a planning role
Detail orientation and the ability to prioritize projects, features and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills including the ability to coordinate data from a variety of sources
Team player with good interpersonal skills who is able to perform well under pressure
Prefer experience in healthcare industry or policy roles
Prior experience in marketing, product management or operations a plus
BA/BS required in a related field or equivalent
