The Marketing Manager, Online Campaigns at GMI is responsible for the execution of online traffic generation programs. This is a critical role for GMI, and you will work in a marketing team which is leading the transformation of the companys business. Youll need to have experience managing or playing a key role in advertising campaign management, or media buying, for a high-volume consumer website.
Were looking for a marketer who can brainstorm with creative teams, but stay focused on execution and keep a lot of balls in the air.
Responsibilities:
Manage all online advertising campaigns to acquire targeted traffic for the companys B2C websites.
Work with marketing team to identify what types of traffic are needed and at what cost.
Identify and evaluate traffic sources, including search engines, ad networks, and social media.
Manage relationships with advertising partners, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Track effectiveness of advertising campaigns and make recommendations to senior management.
Approve payments and ensure that advertising programs stay within budget.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience managing acquisition campaigns, buying media or optimizing ad effectiveness for a high-volume consumer website.
Broad exposure to core marketing functions, such as segmentation and value proposition generation.
Extensive experience working with online ad networks, particularly for display and rich media advertising.
A can-do attitude, and willingness to work around problems.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
