Senior Services of America, a National growing Senior Housing Organization that provides independent living, assisted living and memory care services is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Director to become an integral part of our team at The Village Retirement and Assisted Living in Tacoma, WA.
We are recruiting for a professional candidate who:
Will be working with our Executive Director to increase occupancy and revenue by implementing your proactive sales skills and abilities
Is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
Is proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher)
Has a compassion for and a dedication to work with the senior population
Requirements Include:
Prefer 2+ years experience in sales and marketing in the senior housing environment (independent living, assisted living or memory care)
Inside and outside sales experience preferred
Developing and maintaining referral networks vital to the healthcare environment
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, vendors, staff, and the general public
Developing marketing strategies
Sales database management experience preferred
Developing and establishing client relationships
Special projects/events planning and implementation
Building strong customer and community relations
Solid marketing and sales skills, as well as a familiarity with the Leon County senior market
This is a full-time salaried position
Salary Range DOE and Admission Bonus Program
