Position for experienced General Manager ( Renton, Washington)
EastSide for Hire is a fast growing taxi company which has been operating in the greater Seattle and King County since 2006. We at EastSide for Hire are looking for a well qualified and experienced general manager for our fast growing company.
We are looking for a General Manager who has excellent sales and marketing skills and who can win over new clients in the city of Seattle and King County. Marketing is crucial to our success as we are a fast and growing business and need to market our service in order to win over new clients.
As a General Manager you will be responsible for :
Overall operations of our company including people leadership & development, sales and marketing.
Working with the client to ensure that goals and expectations are fully understood and then communicating such expectations to the staff and incorporating them into all aspects of company operations.
Marketing our services to the greater Seattle area As well as winning over new clients in the greater Seattle area in order for the company to grow.
Ensuring that current policies, procedures and guidelines are being followed by employees.
Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key people in the company.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to carry out responsibilities with little supervision, as well as juggle many tasks simultaneously.
Have a proven ability to drive business.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
A college graduate with several years of related experience in Management and 2-5 years of Sales and Marketing.
