Excellent opportunity at a growing firm!! Dynamic Balance is seeking an outgoing administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting visitors, filing and data entry. Ability to multi-task is a must!
Job Requirements
An ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented and have the ability to think outside the box. Effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
