Our Client is the interactive arm of an elite branding, design and technology firm in Chicago who is looking for a FT Account Manager.
This role is actually a hybrid role - Account Management and Project Management:
Account Management:
* Client facing, leading internal project management and supporting the Client by providing day -to-day contact. Participate in client planning meetings from project inception.
* Proposal writing, including responsibility for ensuring proper documentation of contract terms and conditions, budget acceptance.
Project Management:
* flexible, ready to roll with the punches and juggling 10+ projects at once
* online experience (corporate or agency experience a plus)
* experience managing budgets, timelines
* experience managing project flow with team members and meeting deadlines
* above par communications and writing skills
* work with partners in budget negotiation. Work with partner to handle all billing and receivable discussions and achieve resolutions, keeping partner informed of status of all outstanding issues and recommending a course of action. *produce final creative briefs for review by project team and client. Ensure that deliverables coincide with project scope, plan, budget, goals, and objectives. Ensure that proper communication is maintained within project team. Maintain knowledge of client industries and familiarity with competitive landscape.
*Mentor/supervise account coordinators.
