Growing, dynamic marketing & pr firm is seeking a full-time graphic production coordinator who is organized, efficient and detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for managing vendor/printing bids, placing orders, and production and delivery of projects to clients and account managers, job traffic coordination and production timeline management. On occasion he/she will be asked to re-size ads, create reprints and make small adjustments to design jobs.
This individual will work to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the clients specifications. He/she will assist in quality control management and will serve as a liaison between designers, account managers, vendors and clients.
Must have background in print production and graphic design with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in the field of marketing, graphic design and/or printing, 3 years experience in pre-press and project coordination, and 1-2 years experience in graphic design. Web skills are a plus.
