ART DIRECTOR/ GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Our Irvine, CA office has an immediate opening for an Art Director/Graphic Designer with at least six years of experience in an ad agency or design firm.
General Function:
To create and design: collateral, OOH, POS, packaging, newspaper, branding. Proven management skills are a must. This is a hands-on role. Candidate will work on projects as well as manage and distribute work.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects with extraordinary attention to process and detail in a dynamic environment with deadlines. Collaborate and communicate with design team and account team.

Candidates Should:

-Hands-on designer must be able to take projects from concept through production
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven leadership skills
-Develop intelligent and creative solutions that fit the needs of each individual project
-Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and design goals
-Strong client communication and presentation skills
-Excellent production skills
-Motivated self-starter with a positive team attitude
-Able to give and receive direction
-Remain current on industry trends and technology
-Detail-oriented, review work for accuracy before final production

Skills/Qualifications:


-6+ years experience
-BA in Design/Advertising preferred
-Branding, Identity, collateral, OOH, POS
-Photoshop CS, Illustrator CS, InDesign CS, Quark, Word, PowerPoint

-HTML and Flash are a plus
