Create A Comic Strip

We are looking for a artistic, funny, satirist who can create a basic comic strip for us which we will be used in an upcoming promotion.

The strip needs to have three frames and be 10-20 "episodes". So a total of 30-60 frames.

The creator would have control over the characters, plot and content based on an initial premise which we provide.

There would be a fixed negociated rate for the entire project which is open to bid.
