Executive Assistant/Graphic Artist: Apparel Experience

Responsibilities include:
Manage the Executive’s correspondences, meetings, agendas, schedules, timeliness and travel calendar
Provide administrative and organizational support
Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential projects
Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in completing assignments
Maintain CAD files
Take detailed notes in all meetings
Screen calls, incoming emails for the executive and handle correspondences promptly

Software knowledge requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office

Skills and qualification requirements:
Apparel Experience and Backgroung.
Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Technical design experience is a must. Must be able to create technical illustrator cards of cut & sew garments.
Illustrator Masking, Artwork Resizing, Artwork Re-coloring in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Must understand basic screen print separations.
Very highly detailed person, extremely well organized, accuracy to the highest order
